Good solo today, was a bit distracted by my phone hanging up while trying to stream Xm radio finally just started listening to Drop Kicks šŸ™‚

The la Jolla side of Mt Soledad is such an ass kicker! Had a Swami’s rider behind me I’d pull away then let up…then pull away…then let up….Felt like the guy was pushing me šŸ™‚ I needed the modivation šŸ™‚

Garey, Jeff, and The Canuc šŸ™‚ (sorry man I forgot your name) hit up Noble canyon for a fun run down Noble Canyon.

Was a great run weather was perfect the bighit ran well even pedaled the WHOLE 800+ feet uphill only walked one 10 yrd section of tech uphill.

Good times! can’t wait to go again!
